On November 23, our team held the 1st Endoscopic Master Class with the participation of only domestic doctors with a broadcast from the operating rooms.
Endoscopic master class "Modern operative endoscopy" within the framework of the annual scientific and practical conference "Modern oncology, current issues, achievements and innovations".

The following endoscopic operations were performed:
● Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy. Surgeon: Kuanyshev S.R.
● Argonoplasmic ablation of post-radiation proctitis. Surgeon: Kuanyshev S.R.
● Endoscopic mucosection. Surgeon: Zelenyy A.G.
● Endoscopic submucosal dissection. Surgeon: Zelenyy A.G.
● Diverticulmyotomy with Cenker's diverticulum. Surgeon: Borombaev I.U.
● Oral endoscopic myotomy (#POEM) in a patient with recurrent achalasia of the cardia after laparoscopic myotomy by Geller. Surgeon: Batyrbekov K.U.
The surgeries were performed in 2 operating rooms of the Multidisciplinary Medical Center (Astana) by friendly teams of doctors of the endoscopic department of the Multidisciplinary Medical Center and the National Scientific Oncology Center (Astana). With the simultaneous work of 2 teams from different clinics in neighboring operating rooms, friendship and collegiality are very united when discussing difficult cases and makes it possible to find the most optimal tactical option for surgical intervention. The friendly and empathetic attitude of each team member helps to reach new heights!
This was the first experience of broadcasting operations with the participation of only domestic operators, this format will be continued in the future, namely at the II Endoscopic Forum of Central Asia in 2025.
